We strive to provide the highest quality custom floor liners available anywhere. We know you are excited to receive your custom mats and we totally understand that. However we appreciate your understanding that quality can’t be rushed. We aim to deliver our luxury interior mats in 7-14 business days. These times are based on averages from previous orders. Please note delivery can be faster and can sometimes be longer depending on the the design you have chosen.

The best way to get started is to have a look at some other mats we have made for other customers, get some inspiration and then use our state of the art design function on our website to create your own custom floor liners.

Fitting Instructions

After delivery, you may notice that the mats are slightly creased from shipment, If this is the case don’t worry follow the instructions below:
Fit your mats into place in your vehicle per the instructions provided with your set. The mats are made so you can tuck the edges under the trim in some vehicles. Luxmats will easily lay in place after the bottoms are aligned as they are 3D fit to your floor. We include velcro pieces to attach some portions of the mats and you will also see little plastic clips that can be used to hold the mats in place. The plastic clips will fit in behind your vehicle trim but are not necessary for all applications.

Give the mats a few days to bed into the shape of your vehicle, it helps to put the floor heaters on around the foot wells to help them settle into place fastest. On some occasions you may see a slight crease affect where the mats have bent over, this should fade over time but keep putting heat on it and it will fade quicker.

Returns

As all of our products are custom made to order we do not offer any refunds or cancellations, however, if there is anything wrong with the interior due to a manufacturing fault we will replace the interior until the customer is 100 percent satisfied. Any interior which needs to be inspected for return will need to be arranged with a Return Merchant Authorization. A. Faux leather. Very high-quality faux leather with revolutionary scratch and water proof technology. Very hard wearing and durable.
